AGSEV Elections 2022

Care Famiglie,

I consiglieri AGSEV sono eletti dei propri membri con durata di 2 anni ed ogni anno ci sono le elezioni per la definizione delle nuove cariche.

Di solito si parla dell’AGSEV per le attività parascolastiche e i corsi di musica ma sapete che i rappresentanti dell’AGSEV partecipano ai consigli amministrativi a tutti i livelli, sono in stretto contatto con le associazioni dei genitori delle altre Ecuole Europee, incontrano regolarmente la direzione e sono interlocutori presso la scuola degli interessi delle famiglie? Tutto questo come volontari?

Oggi si aprono le candidature per il Consiglio Direttivo dell’AGSEV per i prossimi due anni per le cariche elencate di seguito:

• 2 consiglieri che rappresentano la sezione inglese
• 1 consigliere che rappresenta la sezione italiana
• 2 consiglieri che rappresentano la sezione tedesca
• 2 consiglieri che rappresentano la sezione francese
• 2 consiglieri che rappresentano la sezione olandese
• 5 consiglieri che rappresentano gli SWALS
• 4 consiglieri senza vincolo di appartenenza (Liberi)

Ogni membro dell’AGSEV è invitato a candidarsi utilizzando il modulo candidatura e inviandolo a comitatoelettorale@agsev.it. Il regolamento elettorale è consultabile qui: https://www.agsev.it/agsev/elezioni/. Il termine per presentare la propria candidatura è il 23 ottobre, fine della giornata. Le elezioni/votazioni si apriranno il 28 ottobre e rimarranno aperte fino alla data e l’ora fissati (in prima convocazione) per l’inizio dell’Assemblea Generale AGSEV per il rinnovo dei membri del Consiglio.

Per essere idoneo a candidarsi, un membro deve aver effettuato sia il pagamento della quota sociale che aver inviato il modulo relativo compilato e firmato tramite mail a parents.association@agsev.it (https://www.agsev.it/iscrizione-contatti/).

I membri AGSEV sono inoltre gentilmente invitati a partecipare all’Assemblea Generale AGSEV per il rinnovo del Consiglieri che si svolgerà il giorno:

Lunedì 14 Novembre 2022 alle ore 17:30 in prima convocazione (provvisoriamente) ed alle ore 18:30 in seconda convocazione.

Stiamo valutando la possibilità di organizzare una riunione ibrida, cioè in presenza in Villa a scuola con collegamento per chi volesse seguire da remoto. Faremo sapere ai nostri membri se l’incontro sarà solo in presenza o ibrido e gli eventuali dettagli di connessione qualche giorno prima dell’Assemblea Generale.

• Bilancio AGSEV
• Rapporto di fine mandato

Dear Families,

The AGSEV councillors are elected by the AGSEV members for a period of 2 years, and every year there are elections for new positions.

Many have heard of the AGSEV as organizers of after school activities and music classes, but did you know that AGSEV representatives take part in the school boards at all levels, are in close contact with the parent associations of all European schools, meet with the direction on a regular basis and represent the interests of the families in many more ways? All this as sole volunteers?

Applications for the AGSEV Board for the next 2 years are opening today for the positions listed below:

• 2 councillors representing the English section
• 1 councillor representing the Italian section
• 2 councillors representing the German section
• 2 councillors representing the French section
• 2 councillors representing the Dutch section
• 5 councillors representing SWALS
• 4 councillors without affiliation (Floating)

Every member of AGSEV is invited to apply using the candidate form and by sending it to comitatoelettorale@agsev.it. The electoral rules can be consulted at: https://www.agsev.it/agsev/elezioni/. The deadline for submitting a candidature is on 23 October, end of day. The elections/voting will open on 28 October and will remain open until the date and time set (on first call) for the start of the AGSEV General Assembly for the renewal of the Board members.

In order to be an eligible candidate, a member must have both paid the membership fee and sent the completed and signed membership form by email to parents.association@agsev.it (https://www.agsev.it/iscrizione-contatti/).

AGSEV members are also kindly invited to participate in the AGSEV General Assembly for the renewal of the Board members, which will take place on:

Monday 14 November 2022 at 17:30 on first call (tentatively) and at 18:00 on second call.

We are exploring the possibility of organising a hybrid meeting, i.e. in presence in the Villa at school with a connection for those who wish to follow remotely. We will let our members know whether the meeting will be in presence only or hybrid and the eventual connection details a few days before the General Assembly.
