What personal data we collect and why we collect it
For a better experience while using our website and for us to be able to contact you, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as, but not limited to your name and your email address. The information that we collect will be used, for example, to communicate with you or to contact you in order to share with you information related to our activities.
We also collect information that your browser sends to our website such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser version, pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, and other statistics.

We are based in Ispra, Italy and your data will be processed and stored in Italy.
We retain your personal information for as long as is necessary to provide the services to you. If you no longer want us to use your personal information or to provide you, you can request that we erase your personal information. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and/or email communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communications or by contacting us at (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Please note that if you request the erasure of your personal information we will retain information from deleted accounts as necessary for our legitimate operational interests, to comply with the law.
Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Account and membership
For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you create an account on the website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
If you no longer wish to have a registered account, please contact us at (email@example.com) so that we can proceed about deleting your account.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
This Association, in order to facilitate applicants, may use external payment service providers. In general, and unless otherwise stated, users are requested to provide payment details and personal information directly to such payment service providers.
This Association is not involved in the collection and processing of such information and will instead only receive notification from the payment service provider in question that payment has been made.
