Coding Club – Build games and apps in Javascript, Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00

This course, led by Derval O’Neill, is designed for beginners including students who took CodEng’s Python course at the end of last year.

Students will learn to build web apps in the browser using Javascript. We will start by using the free online tool, App Lab. We will then progress to using Visual Studio Code to build interactive fun games which students can personalise and share with friends. Learning JavaScript fosters problem-solving skills and digital literacy, empowering young coders to create interactive websites, games, and applications while gaining valuable skills for future careers in tech-related fields.

On the premises of the Scuola Secondaria, European School Varese.
When: WEDNESDAY 14:00-15:00

There is no Mensa and no official bus service available on Wednesdays.

Please note!! Students who sign up for either the 2pm or the 3pm course will be supervised from 1.15 till the start of their course for no extra cost. If a sufficient number of students sign up there is also the possibility for AGSEV to organize an extra return bus C, which would leave the school premises at 16:20. The supervision would then be provided till the bus leaving time. If you are interested in this bus option, please let us know by emailing us at parents.assoc.iation@agsev.it .
