Dear Parents,
We need your help to continue providing vibrant after-school activities and music courses for our children at AGSEV!
Why Your Help Matters: As parents, you understand the importance of offering engaging free-time activities to our children. These activities not only enrich their lives but also contribute to their overall development and well-being.
Opportunities for Volunteers: Join our team and interact with students, school staff and AGSEV teachers.
Here’s how you can get involved:
- Back-office Support: Help with administrative tasks and organization behind the scenes to ensure smooth operation of our programs.
- Correspondence: Assist with communication efforts, such as sending out newsletters, emails, and notices to parents and instructors.
- Class Monitoring: Occasionally check in on classes to ensure everything is running smoothly and provide support to instructors and students.
- Bookkeeping Assistance: Help maintain financial records and ensure transparency in our operations.
- Teacher Recruitment: Assist in finding new teachers and topics to enhance our course offerings.
- Proofreading: Beat artificial intelligence and help our texts to sound more natural in Italian and English!
Your Commitment Matters: Your commitment, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference in enriching the lives of our children and strengthening our community.

Abbiamo bisogno del vostro aiuto per continuare a offrire ai nostri figli le attività parascolastiche e i corsi di musica organizzati da AGSEV!
Perché il vostro aiuto è importante: Come genitori, capite l’importanza di offrire ai nostri figli attività coinvolgenti nel tempo libero. Queste attività non solo arricchiscono la loro vita, ma contribuiscono anche al loro benessere generale.
Opportunità per i volontari: Unitevi al nostro team e interagite con gli studenti, il personale scolastico e gli insegnanti dell’AGSEV.
Ecco come partecipare:
- Supporto al back-office: Aiuto nelle attività amministrative e nell’organizzazione per garantire il buon funzionamento dei nostri programmi.
- Corrispondenza: Assistete nelle attività di comunicazione, come l’invio di newsletter, e-mail e avvisi ai genitori e agli istruttori.
- Monitoraggio delle classi: Controllare occasionalmente le lezioni per assicurarsi che tutto funzioni correttamente e fornire supporto a istruttori e studenti.
- Assistenza contabile: Aiutare a mantenere i registri finanziari e garantire la trasparenza delle nostre operazioni.
- Ricerca degli insegnanti: Assistere nella ricerca di nuovi insegnanti e nuove attività per migliorare la nostra offerta di corsi.
- Revizioni linguistiche: Battere l’intelligenza artificiale e aiutateci a communicare in modo più naturale in italiano e in inglese!
Il vostro impegno è importante: Il vostro impegno, piccolo o grande che sia, farà una differenza significativa nell’arricchire la vita dei nostri bambini e nel rafforzare la nostra comunità.
