Care famiglie,

riprendiamo con il consueto entusiasmo l’organizzazione delle attività sci.

Il periodo economico e sociale non ci è d’aiuto ma abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio per poter offrire un pacchetto con dei prezzi onesti in considerazione degli aumenti che stiamo vivendo.

Nel dettaglio vi comunichiamo che:

• Il mercatino dell’usato di sci e attrezzature varie, è previsto per sabato 26/11, presso la Scuola Europea sotto la mensa, edificio Da Vinci. Questo mercatino rientra nel progetto di sostenibilità ‘Building the Future we Want’. Tutti  gruppi legati alla comunità scolastica stanno lavorando insieme per concentrarsi sull’economia circolare: l’idea di riutilizzare, riciclare e riformare per produrre meno rifiuti.
• Corsi di sci del sabato a Pila: trovate in allegato la nostra circolare, ci mancano ancora dei dettagli che stiamo definendo sulla base del trasporto, essendo la voce di spesa che più ha avuto impatto in questo periodo. Notizie più aggiornate verranno fornite in seguito.
• Settimana bianca di Aprica: trovate in allegato la circolare ed il modulo di iscrizione. Visto lo straordinario successo in termini di presenza lo scorso anno, vi chiediamo la compilazione del formulario ed il pagamento della cauzione. Questo ci permetterà di lavorare con la direzione dell’albergo, la società impianti e la scuola sci per pianificare al meglio il nostro soggiorno, definire le procedure di sicurezza ed accontentare tutti nell’ordine di prenotazione.

Vi ricordiamo che i moduli di iscrizione sono necessari solo per i ragazzi iscritti al corso di sci. Per i genitori e familiari è necessaria una semplice comunicazione durante l’invio dei documenti per i figli.

Per chi ancora non l’avesse fatto, vi invitiamo a provvedere all’iscrizione all’Associazione Genitori, con quota a famiglia di 25€, vedi indicazioni: www.agsev.it

Dear families,

we are back with the organization of skiing activities with our usual enthusiasm!

The economic and social period does not help us but we have done our best to be able to offer a package with honest prices in consideration of the increases we are experiencing.

In detail, we inform you that:

• The market for used skis and equipment is scheduled for Saturday 26/11, at the European School under the canteen, Da Vinci building. This market is part of the ‘Building the Future we Want’ sustainability strategy. All school stakeholders are working together to focus on the circular economy: the idea of ​​reusing, recycling and renouncing to produce less waste.
• Saturday ski courses in Pila: find our note attached, we still lack the details that we are defining on the basis of transport, being the expense item that has had the most impact in this period. More updated news will be provided later.
• Ski week in Aprica: find attached the information form and the registration form. Given the extraordinary success in terms of attendance last year, we ask you to fill in the form and pay the deposit. This will allow us to work with hotel management, the lifts company and the ski school to better plan our stay, define safety procedures and satisfy everyone in the booking order.

Please note that registration forms are only required for children enrolled in the ski course. For parents and relatives, a simple communication is required when sending the documents for their children.
